My N30, N35, or N39 does not appear in the Bluetooth device list. What should I do?
Applicable models: N30, N32, N33, N35, N39
First, make sure the device is powered on and running firmware that supports Bluetooth connectivity.
Restart the device, enable Bluetooth on your phone, and search for it through the Meshtastic app.
If the device was previously paired with another phone, disconnect it from that phone before trying again.
If the device still does not appear, check whether your computer can detect it through USB. If necessary, reinstall the correct firmware for your hardware version.

My N39 shows 鈥淟oRa Error.鈥?How can I fix it?
Applicable models: N39, N35 V4, Heltec V4 Expansion Kit
A LoRa initialization error may be related to firmware compatibility, radio configuration, or a hardware issue.
First, confirm that you have installed firmware intended for the exact Heltec V4 board revision.
Restart the device and test it with a compatible firmware build. Check that the antenna and RF connections are secure.
If the display, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi functions work but the LoRa error remains, the radio subsystem may require further diagnosis.
Please contact technical support with your firmware version, hardware revision, and a photo of the error message.

My N37E display is upside down after installing MeshCore. How can I fix it?
Applicable models: N37E
If your N37E display appears upside down after installing MeshCore, check whether the firmware is specifically intended for the Seeed Wio Tracker L1 E-Ink hardware.
Display rotation settings may differ between firmware versions, and some builds may not offer a usable rotation option.
If your firmware does not support display rotation, we recommend restoring a compatible Meshtastic firmware version or checking the MeshCore community for a verified firmware update.
Do not repeatedly install unrelated firmware builds, as this may introduce additional compatibility issues.
